YC Rewards Terms & Conditions

Program information

YC Rewards is a loyalty program, exclusive to Yours Conveniently at 69 McLeod Drive, Aurora, Ontario. The program involves the use of a physical stamp card with two sides: One for brewed coffee and tea; one for handcrafted beverages. When a neighbour (customer) is awarded 12 stamps, they may present their YC Rewards card for a twelfth stamp and free large (approximately 16 fl oz/473 mL) beverage, based on the side of the card that receives all 12 valid stamps.

Participation

All of our neighbours (customers) are welcome to a free YC Rewards card. Use of the YC Rewards card constitutes the agreement to the terms and conditions specified in this document.

Brewed Coffee & Tea

Upon purchase of any size of hot brewed coffee or hot brewed tea, if you present your YC Rewards card, 1 stamp will be awarded per eligible purchase. You cannot receive stamps for prior purchases.

Brewed coffee Items are limited to the following items: Salutation Blend (medium roast drip brewed coffee), Loveletter Blend (dark roast drip brewed coffee). These items are listed as “Freshly Brewed Coffee” on the in-store menu board.

Brewed tea items are limited to tea brewed with tea bags and hot water. These items are listed as “Full Leaf Tea” on the in-store menu board.

Handcrafted Beverages

Upon purchase of any size of handcrafted beverage from the café bar, if you present your YC Rewards card, 1 stamp will be awarded per eligible purchase. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.

Handcrafted Beverages include all items on the in-store menu board in the “Hot Beverages” and “Iced Beverages” categories, excluding “Freshly Brewed Coffee” and “Full Leaf Tea.” Items containing soft serve (e.g. ice cream or Dole Whip) are not included.

Redemption

Only valid stamps issued by an authorized Yours Conveniently staff member will be accepted. No other forms of stamps or indicators of points (hole punch, invalid stamps) will be deemed valid.

In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid YC Rewards card at the point of sale. The redemption of a reward will be marked accordingly on the YC Rewards card.

One large size (16 fl oz/473 mL) beverage can be redeemed for free, upon presentation of 12 valid stamps, during the visit that the card holder wishes to redeem the free beverage. 

A full YC Rewards card may only be redeemed for 1 eligible beverage, once per transaction or redemption. No other items can be redeemed.

Valid stamps from 2 eligible YC Rewards cards, may be consolidated into one card. Stamps will only be transferred to one of the cards; following consolidation, the non-consolidated card must be surrendered. Stamps will only be transferred to their respective and applicable sides (i.e. Brewed Coffee & Tea/Handcrafted beverages). Stamp consolidation is a service optionally provided, as a courtesy, at the sole discretion of YC staff members

Additional Information

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged YC Rewards cards.

No photos or reproductions of the YC Rewards card will be accepted.

YC Rewards card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

YC Rewards cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your YC Rewards card to anyone else.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the YC Rewards program, if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, disturbing, or disruptive activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We may modify or discontinue YC Rewards program at our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If a modification or discontinuation occurs, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at YoursConveniently.com/rewards (this page).



We may modify these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions, at any time, at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at YoursConveniently.com/rewards. Your continued participation in the YC Reward program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the YC Rewards program in Aurora, Ontario, Canada and are governed by the applicable laws.
