Maker’s Spotlight: Salvatore’s Gourmet Foods

SalvatoresFoods was started in their family’s kitchen around the love of food. Come meet Josie and Tim and sample their delicious scratch-made pasta sauces made from the ripest, sun-kissed tomatoes.

The tomato sauces are dairy-free, gluten-free, with no sugar added, and no preservatives. You will love them!

We are collecting our used coffee grounds and making them available to our gardening neighbours.

Our used coffee grounds will be free for pick up from Thursdays to Sundays, until gone, through the month of May.

Maker’s Spotlight: Singers

Meet and greet Barbara and Wayne Singer, the spirited makers and owners of Singers Caesar Mix. Drop by to sample their small batch mixes, made with all natural ingredients, which contain no additives, MSG, or artificial flavours. The mixes already contain all the spices and seasonings you need to make the perfect caesar. 

We will be sampling Singers’ four mixes:

We will be extending an event promotion on all Singers products for the day.

Lettie’s Vegan Fine Foods

Lettie’s provides dairy-free/vegan/gluten-free delicacies, hand-made in Huntsville, Ontario.

Meet Colette, the founder and maker of Lettie’s; and delight your tastebuds with samples of their delicious plant-based cheezes and spreadz, which are made in small batches with intention, using ingredients sourced as locally as possible. 

We will be extending an event promotion on all Lettie’s products on Sunday.

Maker’s Spotlight: Freedom Jars

We are excited to host Vanessa Diab, the founder of Freedom Jars. 

Vanessa will be in store sample Freedom Jars. They're vegan, gluten-free, nutrient packed. Your body will thank you!

Drop by, say hello and meet the maker who was compelled to eat and live with intention, which ultimately lead Vanessa to launch her own business and create the Freedom Jars brand. 

We will be extending a promotion on breakfast jars as well. 

Community Toy Drive

November 28–December 14, 2022

As you begin holiday shopping for your families and friends, please consider picking up a toy for a child in need. We will be collecting toys this holiday season in support of the Salvation Army. Along with other local businesses, and Aurora Fire Halls, we will be a drop-off point this year. Please help us collect new and unwrapped toys until December 14.

When dropping off a toy, receive a complimentary freshly baked cookie! (While quantities last.)

Special Halloween Treat

Monday, October 31, 2022 • 6–8:30 PM

On Halloween night, we will be giving away Spooky Swirl cones of Orange and Lime Dole Whip to anyone in costume.

Bring the kiddos for a treat and grab your favourite beverage. We will also be accepting donations for the Aurora Food Pantry.

We will also be sampling some of our fall beverages, and extending an event promotion for Gertie’s Pies.
